I received an email letting me know I need to send my Proof of Purchase. Where should I send it?
You can scan and email it to service@kohlerrebates.com or fax it to 212-504-7942. Make sure you get it to us before the deadline even if your initial submission has already been received.
Who can I call to ensure my rebate was received?
We are here to help! Give us a call at 877-786-7978 or send an email to service@kohlerrebates.com. If you haven't heard from us within a few weeks confirming your submission, make sure you check in to ensure it was received at our facility.
Can I use a different Financing Plan to be eligible for the Financing Rebate?
No, you will need to use Kohler Financing in order to be eligible for this rebate.
How long before I will receive my rebate?
Please allow for 4 to 8 weeks for rebate processing time. Submissions must be submitted or postmarked no later than 60 days after extended warranty is purchased.
